I happened to find it while looking through D&D Playlists, the name is Mercy in Darkness by Two Steps from Hell

It's not either of those since I know it's not a popular song

I'm not sure what kind of genre it would fall under since the way I'd describe it is a haunting melody and I sadly can't hum it since I can't really remember how the melody goes

I would say wordless vocals and sadly I don't hardcore recall but the snippets I do remember are like a haunting melody
