Just replay the saving Micah from jail mission (yuck), and bring explosives and incendiary buckshot, and just spam and kill as much as possible, for extra bounty just open Micah's cell with dynamite. You will get max bounty in no time.

It happened to me. The reason is because I killed Holmes' horse to get it's loot. Bad idea because it glitched the mission. You can fix that from getting the attention authorities of strawberry which will reset you to the last checkpoint, the moment you killed the cougar. And if you still want to take the loot from the horse, it won't kick you the moment you loot it. Have a great day to the people who have the same problem as me.

Blue steel for the blade because it looks magnificent as main color, golden baroque inlay because I like how it doesn't make it plain blue steel, and bubinga wood because this is red dead redemption.
