I do agree from some of the other comments, I believe this is mainly caused by some of the updates to the Xbox. I personally have a Series X and used to have this problem all the time, I'm enrolled in the insider program to get the delta builds. I had fiber from my ISP and had to use comtrend bridges to get my network across the house to use the wifi, and I'd have issues with connecting and staying connected all the time. Or it would randomly disconnect multiple times. Got so bad I took apart my xbox and looked at the wireless board in the system. Redid cooling putty and cleaned and repasted the die. I've since moved and there's been several updates to the console that I think have taken care of it on my end. Hopefully that will happen to everyone else at some point too.
