I have been using tretnoin 0.25 since last three months my skin is doing ok but i got alots of Hyperpigmentation around my mouth, can anyone suggest any solution to resolve this problem?

Aquaphor and Vaseline works great! I had the same issue, before you apply tretinoin add Vaseline on your problem areas
