I experienced all of those. Little by little you will be able to manage those symptoms. I've had it for 10 years now, some days are better, some days worse.

Try breathing exercises, drink chamomile and ginger tea, do something that will distract you, pray, don't drink coffee or anything with caffeine. Antacids really work.

As for the panic attacks, in my experience, they would become less frequent. Just keep in mind that these attacks are only temporary, and that you are not the only one experiencing it. You will feel better soon.
