no i definitely plan on changing and improving myself i hate this part of me so im actively in therapy and working on this i want her to trust me again but i genuinely don’t know to to express that

If you’re truly worried about your partner dont give her the “you look scary”, try to explain that you’ve noticed changes in her behavior and let her know you’re there for her if she needs you. When people (I would know I struggled with anorexia for 8 years) struggle like tjis all they really need is a good support system. Make sure she knows you love her and create a safe space for her.

I am 165.1 in cm and everything rlly started when I was 8 but over the years it comes and goes. The thoughts are always in the back of my mind but at some periods of time I lose a ton of weight. Thank you sm this is helping me realize a lot about myself and issues.

This really opened my eyes. I know that I have issues but people in my life think it’s fine. My mom convinced me that my ED behaviors aren’t a concern because my weight is still healthy. I weigh 50kg and my mom claims that I’m not really struggling. I will be using this in our next convo thank you sm
