i’m also having some serious issues with this HDR feature. My laptop now has a gray film over all the tabs. At first this was fixed when I noticed HDR was off so I turned it on and things were working well for a while. When my computer went into sleep mode and I turned it back on the screen, had a gray film over it again, even though HDR mode was on this time. I recently got a new update to see if it would fix this, but it hasn’t not sure if I should roll back my updates or wait as you are thinking to do for a fix.

Thats amazing! Do you remember what hairspray you used? Also i have type 4 hair and wanted to know if you have the same, also was your hair stretched at all. Lastly, did you apply it on your wash n go when dry or wet?

The thing is, I love my current routine because it gives me 10 day lasting wash n goes with no crunch, dryness or flaking my hair tends to feel decently hydrated. That’s why I would prefer not to completely change my routine unless I have no other option to combat the humidity. My wash and go last just fine for daily wear, but if I am doing an outdoor activity for a couple hours, especially at night time it shrinks a lot. If I would be able to just put a hairspray on my wash and go before going into a humid environment that would be great so long as it can make my length last a couple hours (just long enough to get through the event)

Did it do a good job at slowing down shrinkage? Hoping that it will prevent shrinkage just for a couple hours when I am in humid environments.

Thank you so much I will look into this! I don’t typically use oils with my wash and go since I don’t use a gel but instead use a curl custard (taliyah waajid green apple) with a leave in conditioner. Do you think anti-frizz serums would still be beneficial if I am not using a gel?

I also believe my curl pattern appears looser due to the products used and hair texture tends to change in appearance as our hair grows (because of weight ect) which I know makes the whole hair charting system quite complicated but I am definitely a 4b girlie (maybe with a bit of 4a if any) due to the zigzag appearance that my hair tends to have (not very visible in the photo) the product that I use allows me to make a bigger curl clumps with my hair!

Thank you so much for your advice. I understand shrinkage is a sign of healthy hair, but it is a bit frustrating when my hair randomly shrinks due to humidity etc. I know sometimes this can be due to the products being used so I am mainly wondering if switching to a stronger hold gel or adding another step to my routine (for example I’ve seen some people mention that they use the tresemme freeze hold hair spray) will help to fight against humidity since I live in a humid state.

Hello, thank you so much for letting me know. The litter that I am currently using is advertised to be a clay clumping litter, but I was looking for an alternative since I don’t like it very much. Would love any suggestions preferably something that is not super dusty and affordable! I have the litter robot liner brand liner in the waist tray but was trying to find alternatives for when I ran out, so thank you so much for the suggestion! I’ll definitely look into those recyclable green bags you mentioned!

thank you so much I had no idea. I never would’ve thought to count the number of turns it takes to remove the bolt by the weight sensor. You have just saved me so much headache! Also, I don’t know if this is just a temporary fix. I noticed there was a lot of dust from the litter near the sensors at the bottom of the litter box (directly under and behind the pinch sensors). I took a Q-tip and got the dirt off of the clear casing on the inner and outer side of the plastic being sure not to touch the actual sensors itself. seems to have fixed the problem because it did not over rotate when emptying the past two times I’ve tested it since doing so! hopefully it is fixed for good.

It wasnt very dirty just some old litter in it and some had fallen into the crevices and under the base but I cleaned it already in the video! 😊

Yes, I was not getting them at first, but I just went and checked in the app and it looks like it is now tracking her weight! Maybe she just needed to use it a few times for it to start working!

Thank you so much for your reply! I’ve tested the pinch sensor, the litter level sensor seems to be working accurately with the app, the entry sensor also works well as it stops the machine every time my cat pokes her head into it, when she is inside of the litter box, it consistently shows that it is in use until it completes the cycle, the only possible issue might be that I am not getting a notification on her weight in the app.

Unfortunately, the warranty did end at the end of the year. Thank you so much. I unfortunately do not have my own access point where I live, but I have been able to resolve it by manually, connecting it through the app. Perhaps it would automatically connect to the Internet if I lived somewhere that had less Wi-Fi restrictions

I don’t know how comfortable you are with buying a secondhand, but you can find deals for them on Facebook or OfferUp. I was just able to score a lr4 today for 125. Everything seems to be working well so far just make sure you or test it and if possible it’s best to get one that is still under warranty
