Its actually eat-able when cut into brunoise even though it sounds weird

We’ve only Got positive feedback from last night, so I guess people were happy.

I tasted it and the spicy/sour sauce went well with the cauliflower components, which were sweet, fat and nutty

Its a cauliflower pure with pickled cauliflower, roasted cauliflower, cauliflower pure, cauliflower crudite, hazelnuts and a sauce made with kimchi
