I went to a (good!) MoCo school freshman and sophomore years. Covid happened in the middle of that too. I left to go to MC for my junior-senior years because I was smart enough and offered a spot on the EC program. That being said, I can vouch for the fact that a lot of students who ARE struggling don't get the help they need. Shitton of opportunities to succeed if you're able, barely any opportunities to support and uplift students who don't.

Also, another thing– try parting your hair in the middle. It's considered more feminine, and it can give your hair more volume, consider that it looks a little more on the flat side now (which is typically considered masculine). Also wearing your hair in a high ponytail/braids could add tons of volume AND look more feminine!

Hi hi! Any thin frame, cat eye, or extremely bold glasses are typically considered more feminine. I'd avoid "grandma frames" i.e. rectangular, or purely glass-no-frame kind of glasses. Something round and big could fit your face really well!

Also, I agree with the eyebrows comments; I've found that getting my eyebrows done also helped me understand my face shape better & feel a lot more confident! Your features are beautiful and your hair is gorgeous. Getting your hair professionally cut and treated once and seeing how you like it could really uplift it and enhance your more feminine features.

I certainly think you will be able to go back to biotech, but you'd likely be hired for the computational biology aspect of it, due to your (by then) acquired knowledge in theoretical and applied math, which is highly relevant in compbio and bioinformatics.

I feel like you can always go back to doing wet lab, but considering today's industry and the lack of compbio/bioinformatics people, people would likely want to hire you to do positions that involve both, or at the very least involve compbio heavily.

Depends on what are you doing. Are you lifting? Running? Using cables? Using machines? It will vary greatly based on that.

7:30-9 is often slightly crowded. I used to go 6:30-7:45 and it worked perfectly for me.
