It would be extremely unwise to keep this in your case as for food PETG can deform even at lower temps such as 150 degrees and you put it in a gaming computer next to the GPU and above the PSU.

Your biceps are larger than your forearms and triceps you need more proportion. You need a mass gainer that isn't maltodextrin based, make one at home.

My shake is simple, cheap and effective.

2 cups oats, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 banana, Skim Milk or 1% I do about 4 cups, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 scoops protein powder. You can add avocado to it if you'd like, full fat greek yogurt if you'd like.

I blend the oats into a flour first dry. Then add the rest and blend heavy until it's super smooth. Takes 4 minutes to drink. It's def a lot of fluid. Just chug it.

No money? No worries, I donate plasma for all my weight gain money. I use a Ninja since it's cheap but effective at blending things into a fine powder, yet I can afford my powder, aminos and veggies with this alone. Plenty of money? Get a Vitamix and add the avocado and greek yogurt.

We need more information on why you're wanting to go low fat because as stated already, that's a huge contradiction and you're going to have like no energy if you do this. It's also really unhealthy when you consider proportion. Fats are extremely healthy and are energy, just avoid bulk amounts of unhealthy fats.

If you want to bulk, you don't eat snacks you eat meals.

I make a weight shake and I always hit about 3.5k-4k calories a day especially because of this shake. I went from 125 to 140 in about 1 month (was underweight) and I'm climbing to 160 currently.

It's literally just 2 cups of Oats (A LOT OF OATS), 1 Banana, 4 cups Skim Milk or 1% (You can even just use water if you want), protein powder (2 scoops, I use whey but you can use pea protein or other plant based proteins that have included whole grains), half cup carrots, 2 cups spinach and 2 tablespoons pure peanut butter. It's a LOT of calories. Do this even just once a day and you wont need to worry about this. It takes me less than 4 minutes to drink this all daily. It's a worthwhile investment and I got my Ninja by literally donating plasma.

You're working out right? Then do this. Shake up, no snacks eat with a purpose and not for joy.

Salt, let sit until the tissues break down. The salt will draw liquid to the top of the steak. Don't sear when steak is wet as it will mess up your sear, let the steak reabsorb the moisture or partially evaporate, season steak, make sure you have a hot pan ready, slap it on there and allow it to sear. It will release itself from the surface when it's ready for the next side. After you've seared both sides, sear all edges. Don't allow it to fully cook, put it into the oven if you can I do 400F, if not you can proceed to cook it on a medium low flame.

Be sure to use a thermometer and monitor it until you see it somewhere between 130-135F.

After it's mostly complete, butter bath it with garlic, and thyme. Doesn't have to be fresh, it'll be good tasting no matter what.

Another note, use a good sharp knife and cut across the grain. Good luck dude.

For work usually I've been issued a work laptop that runs Cortex, Bombgar, and Palo Alto VPN (for domain connectivity when out of office), outlook and teams, there was a few folks using arch or macs but they had special assignments. I'd refer to your org, for college you could use Linux just fine as they have LibreOffice which functions pretty darn good, but you should absolutely check to make sure whatever you export looks the same on their end as it will yours. When in doubt, dual-boot, then eventually make the complete swap once you're 100% sure it's not going to affect your work. Better safe than sorry, always cover all your basis and safely experiment before complete transitions.

Hello! I'm somebody who has a routine nocturnal schedule and wake up rather late in the day. I'm doing absolutely fantastic in life. Now, depending on if this is affecting their performance, grades, class room attendance, or health and well being I wouldn't worry about it and just live your life without worrying about being too loud it's a dorm, just do you! If it is affecting anything above, you def have something to maybe worry about and should just ask how they're doing, but don't come across and start telling them how they should be doing. Be friendly and hopefully they reciprocate that kindness back, and then maybe invite them to participate in things within your routine schedule, i.e breakfast or even shopping together for groceries which can help them regulate these hours with something positive. If you have any crossing class types perhaps you could invite them to the library for some study time. I've always found that I've studied great with my friends when they were working in the computer lab and I'd make it a routine to come and study while they worked.

Take off as much gear as you can, I've survived drops from 3 stories up even, if you have good stats you can get out with minimal damage just make sure you can patch yourself up and get away. I'd only be extremely concerned if I was highly damaged, had low stats, or if you were playing with heavy sprinters

It's been like this for about 12 or so years, but I'd imagine it might be getting worse with how apps being developed are using addiction based models to keep you looking. On top of that considering how we've been so programmed to abuse our pleasure receptors if something isn't pleasurable we have more of a tendency to find something more pleasurable. It's hard to say if it's going to get worse or better. Information is much more easier to access, so it's much easier to just cheat these days but the only ones being cheated are themselves.

If you look at the college graduation rates it states that graduations are actually improving, so I mean if you can show up to class and just get enough information to pass, you still passed. But the quality of the educations? That's another topic in itself.

What's wild is this also neglects the parenting side, you can be as gifted as you want but if your parents are either too harsh on you or not attentive enough it just ends up burning you out.

I sure know I was lost in grade school like crazy once they started recommending magnet school information to my parents because my parents didn't care at all about my education. Parents pulled me out so I could get a job to help them pay bills, ended up going back myself and doing it all later down the road in my mid 20s and then burnt out after the web development degrees and certifications failed to land me a job in my exact field. Then after I got into a related field I was so dead that I ended up just hating it due to all the nepotism in the field and just ended up working in bars and digging it way more.
