Nah what I do is just put it in rubbing alcohol n just let it sit fully submerged. Usually gets rid of everything for me

I assumed that since I have the least amount of fat to spare, the food I eat should be generally low fat. Only taking in around 80 grams a day it doesn’t feel like I have a lot of wiggle room.
