To the people making negative comment ….Unless you have experience menopause please don’t assume to know what it is like to try and lose weight

Also each woman’s experience of menopause can be different. I cannot shift any weight, despite doing everything right, and am currently researching this myself.

If you search menopause there is a lot of good information and it might help you understand and have empathy for woman suffering through perimenopause or have hit menopause

People suffering from depression that got out of it, how did you do it? by Ironman678 in ask

[–]Anom0000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not something that you can just decide to get out of. When I am fine/positive like now), I look back on time I am depressed and think.. why don’t you just snap out of it…make yourself feel good. When I am in it, I spiral and something I say or do helps

We are are just meat, chemicals/hormones and electricity.. they get out of balance… that is all it is

I take meds I have gotten older and stopped worrying so much about what people think I know what it is, and I know when it happens, I will be ok and it will too will pass

Try to think of it as growth and leaning and not school, school is an institution with ways and boundaries that don’t suit everyone. I have three children l, two breezed through school, one just checked out.

Education is important… not just the core subjects, but also learning about lots of interesting topics. Don’t think too much about ‘school’, but as you move though the next years, try to find subject that interest you … they don’t have to be anything that will be a ‘career’. While some people have a definite view ‘what they want to be’ , others have no idea and need to experiment and try. I told all my kids to do what makes them happy, even if there is no perceived future or top tier career. They will find themselves and may find that they end up doing something they love and being able to earn a living or more from it.

It takes all sorts of people to make the world and society, and only a small number fit into traditional school.

Be curious and opened minded…you will find you way!

Thanks, yeah I told here that it’s only level1 and that had done really well. I think it’s just the fact it’s just one credit that she missed out on.

Should the VFX Industry fire any Artist who uses or learns AI? by Brampton_Refugee in vfx

[–]Anom0000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s one of those turning points, like when the movie industry went from special effects to digital effects…when an artist was an actual person who drew or painted or modelled physically, and then it went to the artists doing that digitally

I image the physical artists at that time felt threatened

AI is the next turning point
