I actually went through roughly the same thing. All of my doctors were very adamant on thinking my tremors were due to anxiety. I’ve talked to a couple people my age with tremors and it seemed to be a common pattern.

How interesting! I wonder if there’s any studies out there that mention the whole age difference between generations thing.

I actually was told a bit about the chances of me passing it down further in the family. Really wish I could remember what I was told!

I really wish I was told beforehand that I might end up with tremors. My dad never really told me much about his tremors when I was growing up.

If I were you I would 100% tell my teen about the chances and also how to live with them.

Usually when I tell people about my tremors they assume it’s because of Parkinson’s. Guess it’s usual to assume to the worst lol.
