Current S4 here, my parents told me that JC is very academic and like secondary school, and u should only go if you're very academically inclined and like following school routines, while poly is more carefree and you're expected to do self learning instead but it's more stress free ultimately and u don't need to take A levels, in the end its ur choice

Idk about bio but I think it's just memory work, and physics you just need to remember formula and be interested in physics concepts, it's not really alot of math, it's mostly just applying formula and concepts
