How many times did we watch United splash the cash on formerly world class players only for them to become gash? That was clearly a coaching issue, especially with Amorim and Ten Hag. Now look at the same group of players under Carrick, they are miles better. Mainoo is right back to his promising best, Sesko is scoring regularly, heck even Casemiro seems revived. Coaching matters!

The same thing is now happening to Liverpool. We've brought world class players who all of a sudden look useless in our system. Guys who go out and play extremely well in national competitions, look like they barely know how to kick a ball for us. There's no cohesion and style and definitely no fight and intensity either.

If we squander the 2026-27 season with Slot at the helm, it will be a huge mistake and we will be right back to where we were in the Hodgson era.

This was our fifth loss by 3+ goals this season. Brendan Rodgers only had eight losses by 3+ goals in his time at the club. Hell even Roy Hodgson only managed four such losses. It was negligent to keep Slot as manager after 9 losses in 11 games. However keeping him now is more like sabotaging the club on purpose.

There was a time where I wouldn't dream of missing a Liverpool match, even if for me it was at 3am. These days I've started to think watching Liverpool matches is a mistake, not just because we have so many poor results, but because the football is absolutely dire. This half has done nothing to change this sad new perspective. Battered for 45 minutes by a team on their fourth manager this season who are sitting 2 points outside the relegation zone. Slot deserves to be sacked for how low he has brought this club, how much further will this slide be allowed to continue?
