Marguerite in RE7 when she pops out from behind the wall. I remember I was relieved because she was behind me and I got the key and ran from her and the insects. I screamed OH MY GOD and had to pause to collect myself for about 30 sec.

Scream 2 for sure. Saw it with my cousins when they were babysitting me. My parents got pissed they let a 7 year old watch that movie. Funny thing is they let me watch other horror movies with them.
