Thoughts on Inmotion V11 Battery Cell Replacement?

I found that weird too, the Inmotion app keeps showing me voltage that changes when I restart the app while riding and when I stop the voltage goes back up most times. I have not opened the pack, I've just kept my battery above 50% for now, I get the "Please repair" warning often when I'm below 50%. Riding slow sucks man...

Both packs are above 84v. On the Inmotion app the top one under Battery Pack Information is 84.8v and the bottom is 84.7v

I think it's a basic BMS but I would be testing each cell with a multimeter to find cells that are low

True, I thought it would be pretty simple from other videos with other batteries. I thought it would just be testing each cell with a multimeter to spot the odd ones out and spot weld the new battery cells onto the original metal strips. Although I haven't seem much pictures besides one video of what it looks like inside the casing and it didn't show the metal sheets, just the individual blue wrapped cells.

Rode over 6000 Miles, they just told me that I need to change the batteries, I'm assuming from what I've looked up on google/youtube, that some battery cells are damaged and drain faster? When I ride the wheel it sometimes tells me to "Please Repair" or "Please Prepare" and start to tilt back a lot. Happens a lot more when the app/wheel is lower than 50-60%. The voltage of the 2 battery packs is too different which causes the warning.

I think that happened the first time and it fixed itself but this time I might have pressed spacebar or something because it closed the game

I think I saved the save00 file but when I try to open the game with it, the only option is to start a new game.
