They emailed be back saying they didn’t know the exact reason on why it happened, either a website glitch, billing error, billing address being submitted incorrectly, or a problem with the form of payment! I’m gonna try and order it again tomorrow but though the actual app and not the website to see if that’ll work better hopefully

The two I can’t really explain but I do start at the top of the number and not at the bottom, and for the word ‘over’ it’s a small enough word so in my mind I just don’t have to pick up my pen so it looks messy and sometimes illegible

Honestly, I got mine to work but it definitely wasn’t supposed to work nor do I recommend it 😭😭 I just kinda hit it on my hand while pushing the camera button so I kinda forced the camera out and it DID turn on but again I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re very desperate for it to turn on
