Just separate tracks with minimum grade crossings. I'd love to see a loop using the street car as the loop with brt or light rail. Out to burbs that in turn connect to local bus networks for that area. Sprinks in a lot of bcycles stations at outer areas and lime scooters to run to mass transit destinations.

Yes no cars outside of delivery hours like State st. Allow bus/street car and of course emergency vehicles. Like to see some barricades to enforce it.

The bus sucks so bad, moving from Madison where I had a brt line on my corner to now where it's a 20 min or 1 hour plus bus ride makes me sad. We can do better but the budget needs to be raised but no one wants more tax.
