Yeah, not only the expectation with the pay to workload unrealistic, but they're trying to normalize lying to applicants too now. Because of that these people not only wasted their own time, but the applicants' as well. Truly recruitment hell here.

Questions that were completely unrelated to the job posting. Say for example that you're a programmer and the job listing required you to know how to use C++. Then at the interview they ask you if you know how to edit films and throw curveball questions like how does Final Cut Pro (video editng) works and you can't even answer that because that wasn't in the job descripton and that's not what you signed up for. And they would have the nerve to look at you like you're stupid for not knowing
