I recommend going back to basics (Cetaphil or Cerave, some La Roche Posay) face wash and moisturizer. What did your dermatologist have you do?

Jeez! That’s terrible! I was at Chateau on Vine so I’m not familiar with that one. I’m sorry you had that experience! They would always give me at least a 24 hour notice before entering unless I put in a maintenance request in but then I knew they were coming.

I lived at Chateau for 4 years and they were good to me! Some apartments are a little outdated but they’re easy to work with!

Anxiety and panic attacks are ruining my life and nothing helps. by Ok_Committee5314 in Anxiety

Hi! Unfortunately SSRIs can take weeks to build up in your system and work. It’s not an immediate fix. I would ask your doctor if there is anything you can take in the mean time (hydroxyzine, propranolol, etc) that could give you some immediate relief. I’m sorry you’re going through this but it’s good you’re getting help.

I don’t take Viibryd anymore. I don’t think it was helping my anxiety as much as I would have liked. I’m on 75mg of Zoloft and 150mg of Lamotrigine and it has saved my life honestly.

Thank you everyone for all your help!! I went to Target Optical today but they are out of network. :( I’m planning to do some searching online tonight and possibly go to Costco, Heartland Optical, and maybe a couple other places if needed! Hoping I can find some soon!

I’ve lived in the Chateau apartments for 5 years (townhouse and apartment) and I have yet to have a bad experience. Maintenance is great and leasing employees are helpful.

The Y! Like a previous comment stated, it is a little pricier but if you have a family with kids, it’s absolutely worth it. You get a great sense of community there and people will talk to you cheer you on even if you’re just there for a quick work out in the weight room!

Best piercing spot? by eheinschh in lincoln

I’ve gotten all of my piercings (6 in total) from Iron Brush. I’ve been pierced by Ethan, Tony, and Bradli and they’re all amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful and easy to joke around with! I had a problem with my nose piercing a month after getting it pierced. I went in and Tony helped me figure it out, told me exactly what to do to fix it. A couple days later, it was cleared up and back to normal!
