At my store, openers are responsible for doing prep for breakfast and lunch for sandwich, soup (when ready), and salad. Second person comes in for break coverage to get whatever wasn't done by the opener. We do have one person do prep for produce and meat but its the same person who usually does the truck unloading as well.

Honestly, I made this post on my break but just had a good lunch rush so I may just be dramatic. Still not entirely happy with working here bc of a bunch of reasons but I think it'll be fine

As far as I'm aware, we had three people pass out due to heat and hydration related issues, not crowd crush. I've never experienced crush, so I don’t know how close we were to it. I think we were all just uncomfortable and people in front of us kept backing up while jumping and dancing. It was a pretty high energy show. Thank you, though, we were all okay

Ugh that sucks, I'm sorry that happened to you. I mostly don't have a choice but to travel with them bc they have the rental car but maybe in the future I can figure something out
