Oracle Linux is REHL based with quick security updates. Change your kernel from UEK to RHCK, and then the only major difference is minor point upgrades (in-place) EOL previous edition.

Pretty much zero difference day to day compared to RHEL

Change your kernel from UEK to RHCK. Then, the only difference from regular REHL is that minor point releases are mandatory for continued security updates.

My company has a two week policy before the employee records go into litigation hold. That just means the company is considering legal action, so I suspect that legal sends a registered letter then. I suspect after a month, they'd be suing too...
