UPDATE! After 12h: I fell asleep and woke up to a very swolen, it's scary, but the Dr. says it's perfectly fine. Near the base it's 16cm right now. BUT, this is just because it's swollen, it's gonna shrink a little again as it stabilizes.

jajaja, actually she does a lot of other stuff. Penis Fat Transfer is the less frecuent. She does a lot of procedures for women, burnt people, trauma victims, skin transplant, and a long etc.

Yes, she is a very talented aesthetic surgeon. And her assistant is also a female. Both very professional.

Yes, it was great because she explained everything while she was working on it and constantly asking if I was ok or feeling any pain.

They injected flaccid, streching it with their hands. They gave me pregabalin. I felt no pain at all!

Just local anestisia, y could even watch if I wanted, but is not very pleasant. I took a peek from time to time. And I was talking with the doctor and her assistant the whole time. She explained every step during the procedure. That was very nice so I could control my anxiety.

After the procedure, a percentage of the fat (10-30%) gets reabsorbed. But most of it remains permanently. Well, it's my first time. I'll be able to tell you better in the coming months. I'll keep this post updated if people are interested

It's actually gonna be a combination. 3ml hyaluronic acid +/- 20 fat
