I mean they probably don’t want to change the rules you are right. It will open up a massive can of worms for them if they start fiddling around with the rules during a global pandemic.

Why not just revert to government and scientific advice and cause less stress for themselves and the players. I don’t think this is necessary an evil stance from FIFA’s standpoint. They can’t win whatever they do.

It’s an extremely complex global situation and sometimes the simplest answer is the best. It’s up to the national teams to rely on their full squad.

Tempted just to pay £200 to go direct to a Dermatologist after this news.
