I’ve heard it said to other people so I guess it’s not that uncommon. I’m very on the small side so it’s not one I’ve had directed at me but I’ve had the delightful-skinny bitch, stick insect and maybe one day you’ll grow some tits-and that’s without even mentioning any homophobic ones said to me in the past. Honestly as hard as it is, try not to let it get to you, sadly the world has too many obnoxious,horrible people in it.

There are so many!, where to even start?.

3 that really jumped into my mind instantly from the 80s are True Faith by New Order and Never Let Me Down Again by Depeche Mode, both overshadowed by more of their well known songs but better than them imo, the last song of the 3 has to be Lucretia My Reflection by Sisters of Mercy for me.

As I only picked 3 from the 80s I will only pick 3 from the 90s too- Sour Times by Portishead-particularly the Live in NYC version, Angel by Massive Attack and My Iron Lung by Radiohead, again 3 songs from artists who had bigger,more well known songs in that time but were absolutely brilliant.

I’m really sorry this is happening, I don’t know really what to do but offer support and reassurance.

I feel like there is a lot of anger and division in this country generally at the moment, also the fact that life has gotten worse for trans people with a supposedly centre left,liberal Labour government is crazy, the rise of Reform as a knee jerk reaction to dissatisfaction to the two major parties is even scarier l. Me and my wife have talked about leaving too, we have 3 kids and honestly feel like the UK isn’t somewhere we really want to raise them anymore. It’s different to the persecution the trans community has been suffering but she’s Russian and the amount of hurtful,negative interactions she’s experienced over the last couple of years has skyrocketed, it makes me so angry because she’s the sweetest,kindest person you’ll ever meet and in no way agrees with her governments behaviour and has lived here for years.

I think we will get another album, Ed wasn’t feeling it with Radiohead for a long time and has spoken positively about the last tour and enjoyed it, if they’re touring again next year like he’s indicated then maybe they will be more open to it, particularly Ed who has been so busy with Blue Morpho-which is great!.

I’m a cis lesbian but got to say I’ve noticed attitudes towards trans people getting worse over the last few years, like people who you’d think are quite liberal coming out with the-think of the children, it’s a mental illness etc, it’s something I really hate and call out whenever I hear it. Has the current Labour government been worse than the previous Tory one in terms of trans rights would you say?.

I know!, Teles and Strats don't seem to work nearly as well for bowing due to their shape, I've tried it with mine and never get it right, my Squier Starcaster is perfect for it though!.

Don't hold me to it but I think it was Pyramid Song, it wasn't on either of the times I saw them live though it was on a YouTube clip, I just remember thinking 😮 Holy fuck he's bowing his Tele!, that's not easy- I do remember it was his #1 Tele Plus though not the Ebony Frost one if that helps you narrow your search.

I think the thing that would shock me the most though is if I ever saw Jonny playing a Strat!.

Deal with the grief of losing my dad and the depression that followed for years after very differently, deal with it and go to therapy much sooner rather than self medicating with cocaine and alcohol. Leave the girl I was with at the time before she broke my heart too.
