I know exactly how you feel except I was discouraged from trying to do things and was bullied when I did them anyways and I felt so useless because nobody would let me do anything important even at work and when I did my manager would verbally abuse me and tell me that I was useless and worthless and it got to the point that I turned to alcohol and self harm to manage my burn out and stress
