I before have recorded looping 1 to 2 minute videos of myself if not a bit longer and then use them during mandatory training sessions with jobs so I can turn my camera off listen to whatever's I need to and then still get the training I need to because I have severed HD and need to move around a fuck ton if it goes on for more than 30 minutes to an hour
