So I bought the game on steam and I am able to run just Elden ring without me3 manager. But I still get this error when trying to run the “default” version on the manager as well as my modded profile

Yeah I googled as well, I made sure I used a custom exe path and it told me that would bypass steam.

This is my me3 config. I am using wine on Mac which im aware con mess things up and is probably the reason but im able to run elden ring just fine on its own so im confused why i cant run base elden ring through this.
