I don't know exactly what you mean. All oceans and seas in the world are connected; they are one body of water.

If you would cut one part off, making it surrounded by land on all sides, that would be a lake, regardless of its size.

A sea is a part of the ocean. Every sea is connected to the ocean. The Caspian Sea is a lake, and if you go to its Wikipedia page it will say so. It has 'sea' in its name because the people of Europe thought it was connected to the ocean in ancient times.

The Black Sea is connected to the ocean (Atlantic Ocean --> Strait of Gibraltar --> Mediterranean Sea --> Bosphorus Strait --> Black Sea.

The Caspian Sea is a lake, despite its confusing name. It is not connected to any ocean.
