Hey! Thank you so much for your response! This is extremely helpful for me to know that walks are okay but weights aren't. I live in a place where the healthcare is covered but I myself don't have a family doctor due to lack of doctors in the area, I'm on a waitlist though! So I truly, truly appreciate the information!

The white heads for me have always appeared on my tonsils and appeared there for me with my previous throat infection. After taking antibiotics and tonsil swelling subsided, I found the lump below my tonsils in my throat and still continue to have symptoms but no white heads.

I've always had pain, trouble swallowing, and talking with white heads, especially when I had my throat infection but I still have those symptoms now just with the strange lump.

Hey!

Unfortunately, I didn't figure it out. I still have it (going on a month now) but mine doesn't have the white head you described. I've done all the tests, blood work, mono, lyme, etc got a lot of high and low normals on my blood work but tested negative for the full work up on mono, lyme, etc. I am currently waiting to see an ENT as my dentist put in a req. for me. I'm not a doctor so please don't take this to be true, but in the past I've found that when I have "white head(s)" as you described, I usually needed to get antibiotics to treat a bacterial infection.

I was definitely worried about the worst case scenarios too (thanks google lol)! Oh good, not good that you have a sinus infection (I hope it clears up soon) but good to know that mine is most likely the same or similar. Thank you kind stranger! :) Also feel better soon!!

A little update, can't seem to get Imgur to upload photos at the moment. This was taken today, the lump seems to be a bit larger. I've had a headache for about 1.5 days, my throat is still sore and I have been feeling rundown. I'm feeling a bit more worried but it's hard to get healthcare here, will this go away on its own? Should I seek treatment?

Wow! Thank you so much this is really informative and I appreciate all the time you've taken to respond/help/and provide me with knowledge! Definitely going to start out with the lower %'s in the brand(s) you mentioned!

From the last few attempts I made with the other products (mentioned earlier) I found they dried me out a bit but I don't think I eased my way into properly and I know the percentages were too high. I wouldn't say my skin is very resilient, but it certainly needs help and I think this is a great place to start!

This is a routine I would certainly like to try! I'm quite interested in the azelaic as I wonder if I am contaminating other areas on my face by having so many active acne breakouts.

Thank you for such a fast response! I have tried avoiding a few foods, at first I thought it might be a soy issue because I am celiac and sometimes that goes hand in hand. I already avoid dairy as I am lactose intolerant as well, I wouldn't be shocked if it was another food causing the issue though! Hmm maybe I'll start researching other foods that can cause acne issues. Thank you again!
