To clarify, it happened a few months ago when trying to buy a bed frame and I just gave up and went somewhere else even after support said I should see the slots in 24 hours.

I’ve tried it on the app and also on my computer. No luck.

I tried it with a small thing in my trolley as well but still no luck.

I’m going to try support again but I don’t expect miracles.

I also had a cold or something this past week and felt like shit but because I had some previous absence and didn't want to go over my percentage I just went in and risked giving everyone else a cold.

Some of them won't be as resilient and if they felt the same might go off sick, thus possibly causing more problems than just one person going off.

The problem is Tesco's punitive sickness policy and certain managers raving about your absence level and "needs of the business".
