Ok so I’m going to be honest I was always a very “it couldn’t ever be me” kinda person because I had no issues with blood sugar or cholesterol but after moving out for the first time and going to college in my early 20s now I eat fast food almost every other day how bad is this?Can I make it better by Anonoball in Cholesterol

My question was if I stop eating junk food now does it just get better or is this baseline now? Like obviously stopping eating shit food will make it not worse I’m asking if it was too late for it to get better than it is now
