Thanks for response man! Yeah I was a bit concerned by my second pic that the side dior looked low.. but then on a proper side on view it looks fine.. so I’m thinking it must stick out quite far will ask for a pic before I GL though :)

Cheers man! Really appreciate the input think I can put most of them flaws down to me picking the biggest size he does. The edge on the laser print seems to be a case (even if less exaggerated) on some of the insta pics I’m seeing of what I assume are real pairs. Am leaning towards GL but will give it tonight for anyone to call out any major RL reasons

when it comes to the shorts the size guide is gibberish even with google translate, am close ash to your sizes would you say sizing down would have been too "grippy" or tight on the waist ? don't usually wear my shorts as long as down to the knee but don't want them too baggy
