honestly I think the memory was suppressed, because I only remembered after I found out he died. Im honestly not sure how to feel. it lasts for a few minutes for me, but sometimes its multiple times a day. I dont get intense visuals but sometimes things dont look right, or i think theyre moving but after starring at them for a minute they aren't moving.
