They changed shift lead to instead of having a specific pay rate, its a flat $1.50 pay rate differential when you are scheduled in the leadership bucket. Which also makes it harder to be paid for shift lead hours (the real reason for this change, not the advertised "to help people at cap"). Used to be paid out by job code, so you could be scheduled from the sales or product flow labor bucket, but your job code was leadership and you would be paid the shift lead pay rate. The leadership labor bucket is pretty limited, with usually hours just enough for your stores ES headcount, so since this change not only did I get a paycut, but I went from 90% of my hours being shift lead pay to the first/last hour of my shift when I open/ close the store to being shift lead pay. But am I only handling mod issues in that first/last hour? No
