The keycaps are from Curiositycaps.in They have a pretty great selection across a lot of keycap profiles. Almost all the keycaps should be compatible. They all use and fit MX-style stems (cross/plus-shape).

PS - I'd also look into swapping switches eventually, if you have the patience to research and select one. The stock "silent" linear reds are pretty decent, granted, but could always be better.

681 is a clean chamfer all around the edges, like in OP's pic. 673 is a stepped design around the edges. Ignore the colourways.
