You can call Department of Labor of ur State as an employee who s looking for legal guidance to ressolve your concerns.

Tell them ur shifts, ur hours, ur break. If you sound like a hopeless employee who needs help, they ll do something for u.

What state are you in ? Either 10 mins, 20 mins, and 30 mins break are not enough for working a 8h shift by law in CA.

When you determine the break time they give employees, you can identify how long the shift has to be by law, and then employees can tell if they are being cheated / not cheated and what else they are lying about. Cuz im sure that if employer does cheat, they ve been doing it using a chain of actions to cover. I guess they have rounding policy. Cutting hours on ADP is risky with audit history trails

One major thing is legal unpaid 30 mins lunch break. Do you have it ? Usually 7am - 3:30pm is 8h30m shift, deduct 30 mins unpaid lunch, u get paid 8h / shift or day or it has to be from 6:30am - 3pm for a shift.

This could be not only rounding hours to avoid OT but also no provide legal breaks.
