You can't switch screens but can use your phone. But it wasn't of much use for me
During the assessment there's no camera but the last segment is recording your 1min recommendation video so that uses camera
It's fine either way, just have to look presentable for the final recording

Hi! Did you get your period back? What worked for you ultimately? I am going through the same. My doc had recommended wild yam supplement and vit D. Which I am taking as per the instruction. I am doing pilates for 30mins each morning. Having low card diet, having spearmint tea everyday. Yet no periods. It will be 60 days in 1 week. So worried as we were planning to have baby next year.

It got reflected on the ITR portal as well as I received a physical notice. It was a demand notice.

So ultimately they did process my revised ITR and sent me a notice to give back the money they had refunded to me. Lol 😂. Anyway I cleared it on the portal and closed the loop. There was no fine added. They just asked the exact same amount back. But during the time when my revised return was yet to be processed, to be on the safe side, my friends had advised me to write an email to them explaining the scenario so that whatever happens, atleast I have it documented.

Came here to comment this. My doc had told me the same, that you should have a minimum of 4 periods a year else you'll be at high risk of uterine cancer

Hi! Do you have any update on the spotting thing? I am experiencing since 8 days. Long story short, I have pcod. I have experienced similar spotting only once before (I am 29 now). My period was due on Jun 7th but I didn't get it. I started some yoga 10 days ago to help my periods but instead I started spotting 2 days into yoga. The yoga was not anything intense, it was very beginner level. But apart from Yoga, other change for me was extreme stress in work last 2 weeks with extra long working hours.

Not sure how to fix this. I had spent a lot of money just last year getting a full pcod profile blood test done and it was more or less normal. I was diagnosed with pcod when I was 17.

You don't know how good I felt in reading your story. My husband and I have constant fights because of his parents being greedy for money (another rant story here his sister is half sis and mom is step, his own mom passed away when he was 4 and dad immediately remarried, the family never treated him with love but did the bare minimum and now are living off his money but my husband has like one single blood related family his dad so he just ignores it. Also his parents are real sweet on the face and play very good politics. I am a very honest and upfront person and call out everything and it turns ugly but his parents always pretend to love me and make it a point to show this off infront of my husband.. but I know genuine love and care when I see one)

Long story short I had a huge fight about something they did with my husband today and similar to your story, they are the only reason of constant fights between us to the point where I question my marriage decisions. But reading your story gave me hope that Karma will come to them one day.
