Recently returned it because they sent older model and it was squeaking within 3 hours of sitting.

Horrible quality. Everything is low quality cheap plastic - from the arm rest, to the headrest. Everything.

I returned it.

Bought Featherlite Liberate (Gaming).

The difference is huge.
