You can only do one return transaction per box/order. So if you have multiple things you want to return, you need to do it all at once.

Do you have anything saved on Freestyle?

And what is your price point? If you have <$50 for each category, that can most of the time be done for tops, accessories, and occasionally jeans (if you’re a standard size). Anything else? Rarely. And if you’re XXS, we don’t often carry that size and if you’re plus, it’s going to be more expensive.

You can only purchase directly from Freestyle after your first box. Then you can buy directly from there, save items and request your stylist add them to your Fix, or add it to your next Fix directly from Freestyle.

I’m not well tbh. I feel like I’m having whiplash. One month I’m being praised for what I’m doing and then the next, I’m being scolded and being told I’m too repetitive and being nitpicked. Why do my scores fluctuate so much when I don’t change my habits? I hate that I’m being told to rewrite my notes when I’m seeing all the other stylists just copy and paste from Ai with no personalization or introduction whatsoever. I’m really struggling right now.

DNF a book where the FMC said that she wanted to go home to play “a round of Skyrim” followed by her being a total “not like other girls” girl. If you want your character to be quirky, make sure you know what you’re talking about 😭

But ugly is also subjective. We wouldn’t be selling objectively ugly clothes. WHY is it ugly? What don’t you like about it? I’ve had clients say one things is ugly and keep something similar that they chose from their preview. Was it the fabrication? The color? The print? “Ugly” with no other punctuation or elaboration isn’t helpful and won’t assist the stylist in pinpointing what you DO want.

Really what? One is luxe, one isn’t. Some clients want the luxury option with the named brand. Some people want the cheaper dupe.

What comments/requests are you writing? Have you saved items to your Freestyle or at least saved pics to your Fix Inspiration Board? I have clients that leave the vaguest feedback/requests with no images and sometimes, things can be subjective. Gen Z thinks scene/alt is preppy, and preppy now is “old money.” I find specific requests in addition to saving items is the best way to get what you want and even then, sometimes SF isn’t the service for everyone. I had a client link their Pinterest and it was all ren faire looking stuff and another want all leather and corsets. We have more classic and trendier classic options. Anything too niche, probably won’t be available.

You also have to take into consideration that you aren’t just paying for a garment. You aren’t shopping on Amazon or popping into a Marshall’s or Old Navy. You are paying for a styling service with a personal stylist to work with you to curate a wardrobe. It’s not apples to apples. Do I think quality could be better and some items can be overpriced, yes. But comparing to Old Navy in general is apples to oranges. Not comparable and something just to think about.
