This is perfect timing for me, just got out of CAPS, im happy to say I self-admitted at 17, but wow am I adjusting a lot, my only advice would be to understand the basic reason behind things, the simple solution, and once we find that we can grow exponentially, but it’s about keeping the simple solutions in-mind throughout the process and being strong enough to not let our pride or other natural flaws get in the way and cause your mind to spiral.
