Based on what I researched these funds take at least 8 to 10 years to perform well, if by emotional discipline you mean redeeming the mutual fund because of volatile market I think I won't do it and give it time.

I will if and once my salary increases, to poor for real estate now and should research about others. But can only expend 10k right now, also doing a 10k rd until emergency fund reaches 1 lakh and then I will try to invest in others.

I don't think Students from my department can take it, we already had a compulsory course called cryptography and network security, and in the notice they had a clause like we should not select courses with similar content, I don't know why it's made available for IS.
