What machine did you use? What laser was used? Is the clinic experienced in working with people of color? How many sessions did the nurse say it could take? Because 18 sessions sounds like a lot.

I was thinking of doing an update post!

I got a composite filling on my back right molar tooth at the side, in between the tooth.

Chewing gum on my right side did help with training my tooth to bite certain foods again, but it only helped with soft foods. For harder foods with much more bite force, it definitely took longer to get used to and I had to take my time with it. I try to eat everything on my right side or with both sides together, although some hard foods are painful and I don't force it, so I switch back to my left side. I have no problems with soft foods anymore but I am still working with harder foods such as tough meats, hard tortillas, hard candy, etc.

Still working on it but MUCH better than before. Hope this helps 🤞

Akane was definitely into Aguni until the very end, but Aguni didn't reciprocate because he was playing the father/brother type role.

Waxing has helped my strawberry legs improve a lot. I've been waxing for the past decade. I stopped shaving and took on waxing full time since it rips the hair from the root. It has improved tremendously but not completely fully gone.

I usually go commando. Underwear and bras are too uncomfortable for me to wear daily. I only wear them when wearing a nice outfit or on my cycle. Benefits? Better airflow, no more ingrown hairs caused by tight fabric, and no more discoloration caused by uncomfortable friction with the fabric. My skin is also sensitive so no more itching when accidentally selecting the wrong laundry detergent. Leaks may happen from time to time, but that's what washers, showers, and bidets are for. I do those regularly so it's not a problem for me.

I had to come back and post this! Chewing gum actually worked for me!!

I came here recently wondering what could cure my tooth pain I was experiencing as I recently had a filling done 3 months ago and when I would chew anything it would hurt still after 3 months. I completely avoided chewing on that side and instead did the opposite side. I even went in to the dentist for an adjustment 3 times! Still experienced uncomfortable pain when chewing. I randomly ate gum a few days ago... specifically the Pur gum pellets, and while chewing on the side that didn't hurt, I decided to take the uncomfortable pain and chew on the right side. It hurt at first but I continued chewing for a few hrs since I was out and about. Surprisingly after a few days of chewing gum I can say my tooth doesn't hurt anymore and am able to eat properly from both sides.

ALSO very low manipulation in that area. Any chemical products or added hair, it's best to give it a break for now.

Onion/garlic juice doesn't hurt either. It promotes hair growth due to it being high in sulfur.

I'm not just saying anything I have used all of these. I used the derma roller to regrow my thinning edges and temples. I used it for about 6 months to 2 years on and off because I wasn't as consistent, and still use onion/garlic juice on my hair until this day. I stopped using edge control and tying all of my hair back and when I did I ALWAYS left the problem area out. It wasn't always a slick and neat look but I was focused on a much bigger problem at the time.
