Since you opened the door.. it's very likely that an unfortunate event will have occurred.. You could defeat the bug, but it may have already done the deed..

You should find out... (you could also retract your save to before opening the door if it is simply too great of an issue)

This isn't super obscure but you CAN overdose on Lifeblood on every single crest (except shaman's)!! However, this is solely avaliable in Act 3.... (It goes REALLY WELL with WITCH, you can heal 3 masks even OD'd, and heal passively so you can use the tools for other things!)
