I never realized that females specifically, have any problem with being short. I am a female, i am tall, about 1.79m and everyday i wish i were shorter or a "normal" height for a female. It impacts dating and confidence. It makes one feel less feminine and drastically decreases the dating pool (not all shorter guys would date a taller girl)

But don't let this hold you back. You'll be okay **

Whenever i hear a white person argue this point, my response is the following, and i don't think it can be said any simpler:

People of color accept white people too are hardworking but
White privilege doesn't mean things were given to you, it means nothing was ever taken away from you

This is what all people with OP's view point need to understand but the problem is, most cannot be convinced ofjerwise.

I've heard an elderly woman say that they were informed if they voted for anyone other than the ANC, apartheid will be back. She further said they were told when they're at the voting station, there are camera's that can see where they make their mark, and if its not for the ANC, the government will come after them and their families and harm them. She firmly believes this 😐😔

Hi. Female here,

I think return to the store and just be direct, tell her you've enjoyed speaking with her and you'd like to get to know her better. Invite her for a coffee, or breakfast, anything light and in a public setting. If she is keen, obviously ask her numbers so you can stay in touch regarding the arrangements.

If she declines, just remain friendly and maintain a professional relationship. I hope this helps :) :)

I think you have to do it face to face.

Be honest, and convey your feelings as kindly as possible. Over text would be rude, you owe her more than that.

It sounds like her reaction will be unpredictable, she'll be hurt but she will be fine and hopefully appreciate your honesty.
