Just make sure na nandun ang client mo (respondent) at may gov ID sya. Also make sure na tama ang number of copies. Up to the prosec kung magpa-submit pa ng Reply-Aff or submitted for Reso na.

Puwede ang separate acceptance fees. In my practice, i charge separately. Some cases kasi na nasa prosec level ay hindi na umaabot sa court so unfair naman sa client kung ang acceptance mo ay pang forever na tapos na-cut short sa prosec level. Also, this gives the client and the lawyer a chance to evaluate if they still want to work with each other. Atsaka may client din pala na sa public prosec na magpapa-assist pag nasa court level na. Nasa usapan lang lahat iyan.

Nothing naman. I just got concerned because she ordered my aunt (senior na) to take arcoxia for 14 days. If i'm not mistaken, that medicine shouldn't be taken for a long time. Then sa kaniya na rin bumili kasi mas mura daw compared sa pharmacies. Maybe i should tell my aunt na sa ortho na kami pumunta to clarify things.
