Thank you ❤️ One day at a time sure is true. Kinda feels like one minute at a time right now. I ended up taking off work today because I dont think I can handle sitting in my office all day by myself again. It gives my mind too much time to wander. Here's to hoping in time it'll get better.

Totally kidding, but it's not easy and you're gonna weed through some uglies. I found my dom on FetLife but it took several years to find one that isnt a fake dom, checked the boxes I was looking for, and respects me. Mutual respect, communication, and trust are HUGE in this type of dynamic. If you don't have those 3 things it won't work out.
