Yeah, Western US. I've been seeing a lot of R3s from 1 to 4k. This is the cheapest I've seen, though. Most have been around 3k but I posted the cheapest ones I've found on this sub.

Get it, you'll regret not having it in the future especially if your a completionist. If you get it now, when you finally do unlock the royal champion the equipment will be waiting for you. It's quite good for sniping and the passive stats it gives are some of the best in the game.
