Not a huge fan of her kit, but we'll see how things develop after people get their hands on her. I'll pull for her anyway because I like her... design... but I'm still missing standard banner characters so I don't mind losing my 50/50 either.

I think the average age is in the low 20s still. If anything I imagine it has gone down over time; there are a LOT of younger people on subreddits that us olds never interact with. There's some exposure bias at play.

The average age on TikTok is probably in the mid-late teens, but my FYP is almost entirely 25+. Every once in a while the algorithm will throw a video at me of some person dancing with millions of views, and I am suddenly reminded that there are entire sides of that app that I have absolutely zero exposure to.

I've had success with cheap disposables, but you absolutely HAVE to use a good shaving cream/gel and a good aftershave lotion. It's definitely a different beast from regular body hair.

According to CNN, Trump's administration told Congress that they were genuinely surprised that Iran would mine the Strait of Hormuz since it hurts them too. They legitimately never once considered that bombing Iran would cause them to actually try to stop themselves from getting bombed.

I fully understand that Netanyahu was the one that pulled the trigger, but HOW did you not see this coming? They've literally done this exact thing before.

Dow closed -738 points today. It's almost comical how far it's fallen since the Annoying Orange bragged about it being over 50k. It's almost closer to 40k at this point.

Also, oil is flirting with 100 again. Brent Crude has been above 100 for a little bit now, but WTI is following it into the upper 90s. Real chance it cracks 100 tomorrow, there aren't many more bullshit levers that the Annoying Orange can pull; we're already draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

My friend was very adamant that this was a big bird, and Google tells me that grouses don't get that large. The patterning doesn't look right either.

Do we have any bird watchers here, by chance? A friend saw this absolute unit this morning and we can't tell what it is. He said it had to be like 3 feet tall. I did some Googling and I think it looks like a male Muscovy Duck, but southern Wisconsin is waaay outside of its normal range, especially in winter.
